Simplex Green Coffee

Benefits

Psycho-stimulant

Improves physical capacity and intellectual performance in situations of asthenia

Circulatory cardio stimulant, hypotension and bradycardia

Diuretic and digestive aid

Beneficial in adiposity and overweight

Assist in the treatment of migraine

Green coffee

Green coffee has higher levels of caffeine than black coffee, so the thermogenic effect is greater (its ability to produce heat and accelerate the body’s metabolism increases fat consumption). Its benefits are related to the proper functioning of the body: it is rich in antioxidants (it inhibits radicals); it reduces blood sugar; it detoxifies the body and provides more energy and the desire to practice physical activities.

Microcrystalline cellulose

Microcrystalline cellulose is obtained from vegetable fiber by means of acidic minerals. It is partially depolymerized cellulose, prepared by treatment of alpha cellulose. It has the function of an anti-caking, dispersing, stabilizing and emulsifying agent. It is widely used as a food additive, but also in the treatment of alkaline gastritis due to duodenogastric bile reflux due to the ability of fibers to bind to bile acids.

Magnesium stearate

Magnesium stearate is the result of combining stearic acid with a magnesium ion. Stearic acid is the only one that does not increase LDL cholesterol levels. It has the function of acting as a lubricant, water repellent, anti-caking agent and release agent. It is widely used as an additive in tablets because it has a binding or emulsifying capacity, and thus contains the active ingredients together. Magnesium stearate is used as a source of magnesium. Magnesium is a mineral supplied to our body through food that plays a key role in bone health. A healthy person can have between 21 and 28 grams of magnesium distributed 65% by bones, 25% by muscles and 10% by soft tissues and body fluids. The mineral is also present in cells because it is part of the plasma of red blood cells. The lack of magnesium can cause blood pressure disorders, fatigue and weakness, and changes in the nervous system The main benefits are the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, helping to keep bones normal, and the contribution to normal energy-producing metabolism.

Gelatin

Gelatin is a great source of hydration ideal for use in diets. It is a great source of collagen that helps strengthen nails and hair, giving them greater shine, thickness, growth and resistance. In addition to these benefits, gelatin helps to combat constipation, maintain bones and restore and regenerate joints to delay the natural sagging process of aging.

INGREDIENTS

Soursop

Sourced from the Amazon region (Brazil), soursop (also known as annona muricata) is a fruit rich in vitamins and minerals with varied benefits that help to maintain a healthier life. It is in the pulp that all the nutrients of this super-fruit are considered to be diuretic, anti-rheumatic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. Its main benefits are improving the immune system, relieving the pain of rheumatism, treating stomach diseases, hydrating the body, lowering blood pressure, regulating blood sugar levels and reducing insomnia.
Its composition includes vitamins B1, B2 and C, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and potassium.

Pomegranate

Pomegranate is a fruit recommended for diabetics due to its almost zero amounts of sucrose (only 0.2 grams per 100g). Pomegranate helps to keep cholesterol and blood pressure levels low, and Vitamin C is an ally to protect you from colds. Fat-free, only with carbohydrates, provides immediate energy and a high water content that helps to keep the body hydrated. It is known for its antioxidant substances, and for its anti-inflammatory, digestive and blood purifying action. It is easy to digest and indicated for gastrointestinal problems. Pomegranate juice is three times higher in polyphenols (antioxidants) than wine and green tea, helping to prevent cardiovascular disease and some types of cancer.

Beetroot

With 87% water in its composition, beet is a tuber that is little consumed for its heavy “earthy flavor”. With vitamins B9 and C, potassium, magnesium, iron and calcium, beets have several benefits that deserve to be remembered.
The consumption of this food helps to lower high blood pressure, strengthens the immune system, prevents and fights anemia, protects the nervous system, maintains eye health and prevents cataracts, prevents liver and lung problems and premature aging. Curcuma longa

Curcuma longa (also known as turmeric) is a root belonging to the zingiberaceae family. Known for its bitter taste and golden color, it has numerous therapeutic properties. Helps relieve pain and unpleasant sensation related to digestion, decreases the development of intestinal gases, stimulates the secretion of bile, protects the health of the liver and inhibits muscle spasms. In recent times, his interest has focused on its anti-inflammatory properties. Curcuma longa has been included in several supplements indicated to help treat arthritis and other inflammatory conditions. Some benefits for the skin in helping to treat eczema and acne are also known.

Papain and Trypsin

Papain and trypsin are proteolytic enzymes. The presence of enzymes is necessary since their function is to break down the ingested molecules into smaller portions in order to facilitate absorption through the intestinal walls.
Papain is a fundamental component of papaya, from which practically all its beneficial properties are derived. It is extracted from the fruit of the papaya, obtained concretely from the latex of the green papaya before ripening. Due to its proteolytic function it is often used to aid heavy digestions especially to digest meat. It has a useful effect on digestive disorders such as gastritis, in cases of pancreatectomy, exocrine pancreatic insufficiency and in other existing intestinal disorders, often due to enzymatic deficiency. Papain also has other benefits such as aid to postoperative recovery, recovery from sports injuries and elimination of edema. It is used in the treatment of viral infectious processes, in addition to also serving for venous diseases, hemorrhoids and elimination of bruises.
Trypsin acts on the digestion of proteins, breaking them down and continuing the digestion process initiated in the stomach. It is an enzyme essential for the normal functioning of digestive processes that transform proteins into amino acids that can be absorbed by our cells. Trypsin is used in some supplements to treat inherited disorders that impair metabolism.

Copper

Copper is another essential mineral for the body, obtained through food. Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues and normal energy-producing metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal pigmentation of hair and skin, normal transport of iron in the body, normal functioning of the immune system and the protection of cells against unwanted oxidation.

Folic acid

Folic acid, often known as vitamin B9, participates in various functions of our body, mainly in the formation of DNA and in the genetic content of cells. Folic acid has very important benefits for our body such as maintaining brain health, preventing anemia, cardiovascular diseases and some types of cancer. This vitamin is very important for maintaining brain, vascular and immune system health.

We point out that the Beterraba Campo Verde must be combined with an appropriate diet.

Beet root

With 87% water in its composition, the beet is a tuber that is rarely consumed because of its strong "earthy flavor". With vitamins B9 and C, potassium, magnesium, iron and calcium, beets have several benefits worth remembering. The consumption of this food helps to lower high blood pressure, strengthens the immune system, prevents and fights anemia, protects the nervous system, maintains eye health and prevents cataracts, prevents liver and lung problems and premature aging. Mangosteen Gold has in its composition 1,000mg. of this food so little consumed but with many nutrients for your body.

Cress

Watercress is a vegetable rich in vitamins B, A, C and K, potassium, iron, calcium and phosphorus. It has a very characteristic flavor and aroma and is widely used in soups, salads and stews. It is a vegetable with immense benefits such as antioxidant power that boosts immunity and helps fight infections. The consumption of watercress helps to reduce blood pressure, make bones and muscles healthier, prevent diabetes, help with weight loss, relieve respiratory problems, provide energy and help fight cancer.

Spinach

Rich in minerals essential for the proper functioning of the body, spinach has a wide variety of benefits. They contain fiber, vitamins A and K, calcium, iron and magnesium among other nutrients. Omega-3 essential fatty acids help protect the heart against cardiovascular disease. Its antioxidants protect the body from free radical damage by preventing cancer and other diseases. They are a great food to include in the diet because they are low in calories: each 100 grams have about 22 calories.

Glycine

Glycine is an amino acid (most abundant in collagen) used by the body to create proteins necessary for the growth and maintenance of tissue and for the production of important substances such as hormones and enzymes. Its benefits for the body are: it helps the body to produce glutathione (an important antioxidant that protects the body against cell damage) and is associated with better bone health and brain function.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is essential for the formation of collagen, which is essential for the normal functioning of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth. It plays an important role in eliminating free radicals and increasing energy levels. By increasing the absorption of iron in food, it contributes to the prevention of low hemoglobin levels. Iron levels in our body are crucial for energy levels. More iron absorption means more energy, less tiredness and less fatigue. Vitamin C intake is not directly related to fighting anemia, but increasing the body's absorption of iron helps, as most cases of anemia are caused by iron deficiency. When we talk about vitamin C, we must not forget its importance for the functioning of the nervous system. With its antioxidant action, it prevents brain damage and aging by eliminating free radicals naturally produced by cellular metabolism and the energy consumption system of neurons. Vitamin C can also be an important ally in the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases, since it is the production of free radicals that causes neuronal degeneration.

Xanthan gum

Xanthan gum is a polysaccharide widely used in food products that helps ingredients mix effectively. It is also used to treat constipation and regulate cholesterol levels.

Potassium sorbate

Potassium sorbate or potassium salt of sorbic acid acts as a food preservative, mild, highly effective and safe fungicide and bactericide that does not alter the taste of food. It is the salt resulting from the reaction of sorbic acid and potassium hydroxide, once diluted it releases sorbic acid. Sorbates retard and prevent the growth of microorganisms such as bacteria, mold and fungi by reducing water and increasing acidity, and preserve the flavor, color, texture and nutritional value of the foods to which they are added.

Sodium benzonate

Sodium benzoate is the sodium salt of benzoic acid and functions as a food preservative. With antifungal properties, it protects food against the invasion of fungi that can cause disease. Sodium benzoate balances the pH level of food and increases the total acidity of food. By lowering the pH, sodium benzoate creates a barrier where fungi cannot grow and spread.

Iron

Iron is a mineral that acts in the respiratory process of transporting oxygen and carbon dioxide in the body and that is part of the enzymes that act in the process of cellular respiration. Beans, broccoli, fish, spinach and beets are some of the foods that have iron in their composition. Its main function is the formation of hemoglobin (a blood molecule responsible for the transport of oxygen in the body), but it is also a great mineral to combat tiredness, improve the quality of hair, nails and skin, and protect the immune system.

Sucralose

Sucralose is the only sweetener obtained from sugar cane that has the taste of sugar without the bitter residue and without calories. Its molecule is 600 times sweeter than sugar and is fat soluble. It does not accumulate in fatty tissues, does not cross the placenta, is not present in breast milk, since its elimination occurs in the first hours after consumption and in 13 hours it is excreted by the body intact. Studies affirm that sucralose is non-toxic, does not cause cancer, does not affect the immune system, does not affect the central nervous system, does not alter blood glucose and, therefore, can be consumed by anyone, including diabetics, pregnant women, children and the elderly. In addition, sucralose behaves well at high temperatures, being an alternative for the preparation of desserts.

Effervescent Vitamin C Tablets

Benefits

Strengthens the immune system

Contributes to the normal formation of collagen

Helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue

Protective action in colds and flu

Increases iron absorption

Fights anemia

Protects cells

Contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system

DESCRIPTION

Strengthening the immune system with the production of white blood cells

Every day we’re exposed to thousands of external aggressions. Our immune system is ready to fight against microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses, but it often needs to be strengthened with supplements that are missing in the body. A strong immune system is the best way to protect ourselves against colds and flu. Vitamin C helps the production of white blood cells and antibodies that will protect your immune system.

Vitamin C and Collagen

Collagen is a protein naturally produced by the body that helps maintain the human body. For its production not to be in question, vitamin C cannot be lacking for collagen biosynthesis. The lack of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) calls into question the production of collagen and, consequently, the firmness and union of bone and muscle cells. Vitamin C is essential for the formation of collagen, which is essential for the normal functioning of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth.

More vitamin, more energy

Vitamin C plays an important role in eliminating free radicals and increasing energy levels. By increasing the absorption of iron in food, it contributes to the prevention of low hemoglobin levels. Iron levels in our body are crucial for energy levels. More iron absorption means more energy, less tiredness and less fatigue.

Fight anemia:

Vitamin C intake is not directly related to fighting anemia, but increasing the body's absorption of iron helps, as most cases of anemia are caused by iron deficiency.

The importance of the vitamin in the normal functioning of the nervous system:

When we talk about vitamin C, we cannot forget its importance for the functioning of the nervous system. With its antioxidant action, it prevents brain damage and aging by eliminating free radicals naturally produced by cellular metabolism and the neuronal energy consumption system. Vitamin C can also be an important ally in the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases, since it is the production of free radicals that causes neuronal degeneration.

Deficiency of Vitamin C

The lack of vitamin C in the body can lead to Scurvy, a fatal disease caused by the lack of ascorbic acid. The first most common symptoms are tiredness, weakness, aching legs and arms. Ignoring the symptoms of vitamin C deficiency can also lead to a decrease in the number of red blood cells, changes in hair, bleeding in the skin and inflammation of the gums. The progress of this disease can have more serious consequences such as the long healing of wounds. Taking vitamin C supplement helps prevent the disease.

Vitamin C in food:

Consuming foods in which vitamin C is present does not mean that you are consuming the necessary amounts for your body. Parsley, oranges, broccoli and clementine may be some of the foods you consume daily rich in vitamin C that still do not provide you with the necessary amounts. Vitamin C is often lost during the cooking of some vegetables. You should preferably consume fruits and vegetables as fresh as possible, because refrigeration itself leads to losses of vitamin, as well as exposure to air and light. Supplements help replenish the vitamin that is not found in food.

Excess Vitamin C:

Vitamin C from Lister Mais uses a safe concentration. Excessive consumption of vitamins can be dangerous for the stomach, kidney function and can even lower calcium. The formula created in Lister Mais laboratories causes rapid absorption and controlled release in the body, in order to always offer the right amount of vitamin C.

Citric acid

Citric acid is a substance found especially in citrus fruits such as lemons and oranges. All non-citrus fruits have this substance, but in smaller quantities. It is used to regulate the acidity of food and as a natural food preservative. It is a source of vitamins (B1 and B2), is a good antioxidant with benefits for the skin and makes the taste of food more pleasant.

Sorbitol

Sorbitol is a polyol derived from sugar obtained through the hydrogenation of glucose. It is one of the main carbohydrates produced through photosynthesis in the adult leaves of some plants. Used as a sweetener it provides a low calorie content when compared to sugar. When metabolized more slowly, sugar slowly increases blood glucose and can therefore be consumed by diabetics. Sorbitol has 2.4 kilocalories per gram, a value that makes it considered a reduced calorie sweetener.

Potassium

Potassium is the third most abundant mineral in the body. Some of the potassium-rich foods are bananas (the best known), avocados, almonds, beets and hazelnuts. The main benefits of potassium are: it helps in cardiovascular health (helps to regulate blood pressure and metabolism as a whole); strengthens bones (combats acids that steal calcium from bones); relieves pain (headaches, cramps); helps in the functioning of the kidneys and control of water in the body (regulates the entry and exit of flow); and assists in the functioning of the nervous system (it is fundamental for the proper functioning of the mind).

Sucralose

Sucralose is the only sweetener obtained through sugarcane that has the taste of sugar without the bitter and calorie-free residual.

What for?

Vitamin C as part of the group of water-soluble vitamins (they are not stored in the body) is indispensable for our body and must be consumed daily.

For whom?

Vitamin C is indicated for those who want to strengthen the immune system and prevent flu and colds.

MANGOSTEEN PROPERTIES

The properties of the mangosteen include its digestive, antipyretic, laxative, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antifungal, antibiotic and vermifuge action.

Purified water

Purified water is drinking water treated by reverse osmosis (transformation of salt or saline water into drinking water) or distillation, without minerals in its composition. As it is filtered and drinking water, it is free of unwanted substances such as parasites, chlorine, fluorine or dioxins. The benefits of its consumption are the help in the regulation of the intestine, skin rejuvenation, hydration of nails and hair and the reduction of hypertension together with the improvement of blood circulation.

Mangosteen

Mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana) is a reddish-brown tropical fruit from the rainforests of Southwest Asia, also known as the “queen of fruits” for being one of the richest foods in antioxidants and for its enormous capacity to absorb free radicals (30 times greater than most fruits and vegetables).
It has three main parts: the hard peel, the edible pulp (mild fragrance and sweet taste) and the seeds (bitter and inedible). The round fruit, with thick and purple peel and with a slightly sweet flavor, is rich in vitamins A, B12, C and E, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, sodium and zinc. This fruit, unknown until recently, is now much sought after to combat low immunity and contribute to the maintenance of health.

Sprouted cereals

Germinating a seed is synonymous with multiplying its nutritional value. For example, in the grain of wheat, vitamin C is practically non-existent, but when germinated the content increases hundreds of times.
The germination process makes nutrients more digestible, causing less flatulence through the sprouts than the grains that gave rise to it.

Cress

Watercress is a vegetable rich in B, A, C and K vitamins, potassium, iron, calcium and phosphorus. It has a very characteristic flavor and aroma widely used in soups, salads and stews. It is a vegetable with immense benefits such as antioxidant power that increases immunity and helps to fight infections. The consumption of watercress helps to reduce blood pressure, make bones and muscles healthier, prevent diabetes, help with weight loss, relieve respiratory problems, provide energy and help fight cancer.

Spinach

Rich in minerals essential for the proper functioning of the body, spinach has the most varied advantages. They contain fiber, vitamins A and K, calcium, iron and magnesium among other nutrients. Omega-3 essential fatty acids help to protect the heart against cardiovascular disease. Its antioxidants protect the body from free radical damage by preventing cancer and other diseases. They are a great food to include in the diet because they are low in calories - each 100 grams has about 22 calories.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a powerful spice full of health benefits. It is rich in carbohydrates, fiber and proteins.
Its benefits are little known but are very important for the health of the body. Helps to prevent and fight diabetes (by controlling blood sugar levels), prevents degenerative diseases (due to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action), and helps fight flu. It is also good for the digestive system and is recommended for nausea, diarrhea, nausea and slow and difficult digestions.

Beetroot

With 87% water in its composition, beet is a tuber that is little consumed for its heavy “earthy flavor”. With vitamins B9 and C, potassium, magnesium, iron and calcium, beets have several benefits that deserve to be remembered. The consumption of this food helps to decrease high blood pressure, strengthens the immune system, prevents and fights anemia, protects the nervous system, maintains eye health and prevents cataracts, prevents liver and lung problems and premature aging.

Chamomile

Chamomile is one of the oldest medicinal plants widely used in the treatment of anxiety. Dried flowers are rich in flavonoids, which contribute to their medicinal properties.
Its properties include an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-spasmodic, stimulating healing, and of course a calming action. Its consumption helps in the treatment of nasal inflammations, flu, irritations, poor digestion, sinusitis, diarrhea, difficulty sleeping, anxiety and nervousness.

Passionflower

Passionflower is the passion fruit flower known for its natural calming action. It is thanks to the great presence of saccharins that the passionflower acts in the central system and helps to create a feeling of relaxation. It is highly sought after in natural products to relieve anxiety.
Its main benefits are: it contains substances that stimulate the production of relaxation hormones, helps those who have difficulty concentrating, has an anti-bacterial action and controls the brain's oxygen consumption (results in lowering blood pressure).

L-ascorbic acid

Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) is essential for the formation of collagen, which is essential for the normal functioning of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth.
It plays an important role in eliminating free radicals and increasing energy levels. By increasing the absorption of iron in food, it contributes to the prevention of low hemoglobin. The levels of iron in our body are crucial for energy levels. More iron absorption means more energy, less tiredness and less fatigue.
The consumption of vitamin C is not directly linked to fighting anemia, but the increase in iron absorption by the body helps, since most cases of anemia are caused by iron deficiency.
When we talk about vitamin C, we cannot forget its importance for the functioning of the nervous system. With its antioxidant action, it prevents brain damage and aging by removing free radicals naturally produced by cellular metabolism and the neuron energy consumption system. Vitamin C can also be an important ally in the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases, since it is the production of free radicals that causes neuron degeneration.

Xanthan gum

Xanthan gum is a polysaccharide widely used in food products that helps ingredients to mix effectively. It is also used to treat constipation and to regulate cholesterol levels.

Royal jelly

Royal jelly is a creamy and nutritious substance secreted by worker bees. It is considered a superfood because it is exclusive to queen bees. Water, protein, carbohydrates, fats, B vitamins and minerals are present in its composition. Its main benefits are the improvement in healing processes, the contribution to longevity (stimulates physical and mental function in the elderly), child development and the reduction of premenstrual and menopausal symptoms in women.
Its properties are unmatched in both quantity and quality due to the strong presence of vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

Pollen

Pollen is an excellent food for the body, considered one of nature's most nutritious foods because it is rich in proteins, amino acids, B vitamins and enzymes. Its benefits are: it reduces tiredness and fatigue, helps to treat skin irritations, anti-inflammatory action on the tissues of the lungs, improves digestion, helps the cardiovascular system and helps to treat prostate problems, infertility and addictions.

Carrot

Source of carotenoids, potassium, fiber and antioxidants, carrots are a root full of benefits for the body. The beta-carotene present in carrots is a provitamin A responsible for the orange color that contributes to the good condition of the skin and mucous membranes.
It helps to prevent premature aging, improve the immune system, prevent some types of cancer, and the best known of its benefits is undoubtedly the improvement of visual health. In addition to all these benefits for our health, carrot consumption helps to improve digestion, protect against cardiovascular disease, regulate the body's acid, reduce weight and maintain a tan while taking care of your skin.

Green Anise

Green anise is a great stimulant for digestion, normalizes digestion and digestive juices and tones the stomach. It is well known for helping to normalize the digestive system and intestinal flora. It is used to reduce the intensity and frequency of cough, and to help reduce the viscosity produced by the respiratory mucosa in cases of bronchitis and asthma.

L-Theanine

L-Theanine is an amino acid found in green tea. It is often consumed alone because green tea includes a percentage of caffeine that can contribute to anxiety and nervousness.
L-Theanine has benefits with tranquilizing effects. It induces relaxation, promotes balanced sleep, reduces anxiety and nervousness, reduces stress and restlessness, increases concentration, motivation and cognitive memory, stabilizes mood and promotes well-being.

L-Glycine

Glycine is an amino acid used by the body to create proteins that are necessary for the growth and maintenance of tissue and for the production of important substances, such as hormones and enzymes. It is produced naturally by the body but also found in a variety of protein-rich foods. Its benefits are providing energy to the muscles and improving bone health and brain function.

Choline

Choline is one of the B vitamins that is directly related to brain function because it is a chemical that directly intervenes in the transmission of nerve impulses, which speeds up the production and release of neurotransmitters. All of this results in greater memory and greater learning capacity. It is a great ally for our brain, but it is also good for the heart, muscles and liver.
This is a nutrient produced in small amounts in our body, so it is necessary to include it in the diet so as not to be lacking. The main food source is egg yolk.

Potassium sorbate

Potassium sorbate or sorbic acid potassium salt works as a food preservative, mild, fungicidal and bactericidal of high efficacy and safety that does not alter the taste of food. It is the salt resulting from the reaction of sorbic acid and potassium hydroxide, once diluted it releases sorbic acid. Sorbates delay and prevent the development of microorganisms such as bacteria, mold and fungi by reducing water and increasing acidity, and preserve the flavor, color, texture and nutritional value of the foods to which they are added.

Saccharin

Saccharin is an artificial calorie-free sweetener. It is suitable for diabetics because the body cannot metabolize it and expels it through the urine.
Its main benefit is that saccharin reduces the caloric content in the form of sugar in foods while maintaining a sweet taste. It does not contribute to the formation of cavities or damage the enamel because oral bacteria do not metabolize it.

Vitamin D3 4000 UI Lister +

Benefits

Contributes to the maintenance of bones and teeth

Contributes to normal muscle and immune system function

Protects cells against unwanted oxidation

Vitamin D3 is one of the main forms of vitamin D, a fat-soluble vitamin found in few foods. Vitamin D has several benefits for the body: it contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function; contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system; contributes to normal blood calcium levels; influences the cell division process and helps the body to absorb and use calcium and phosphorus. Its main source is the sun, but it can also be found in foods such as eggs and fish. When the amount of Vitamin D is lower in the body, there is a negative impact on bone density. Insufficient sun exposure, a diet with a deficit of Vitamin D and hyperpigmented skin, are the main causes of a deficiency of Vitamin D. Direct exposure of the skin to the sun for 5 to 10 minutes, 2 to 3 times a week is essential for the production of sufficient Vitamin D. But this is a rapidly decomposing vitamin especially in the winter. It is therefore important to strengthen the body with supplements rich in Vitamin D3.

Sunflower oil

Sunflower oil is rich in vitamin E, and a great antioxidant. Its main benefits are: it fights degenerative problems; helps to improve cardiovascular health; it helps to control blood cholesterol, protects the body's cells and assists in the formation of hormones important for the proper functioning of the body.

Vitamin D3

Vitamin D is produced naturally by our body through exposure to sunlight. It is also present in some foods such as egg yolk, milk and fish. Its main benefits are: improves the immune system; reduces inflammation in the body; strengthens bones and teeth; prevents diabetes; improves cardiovascular health; strengthens muscles and prevents diseases such as some types of cancer.

SCIENTIFIC STUDIES

"Vitamin D Status In Hospitalized Patients With SARS-CoV-2 Infection"

The lack of Vitamin D is common worldwide. Known as the vitamin of the sun, geographical differences and seasons of the year often cause the deficiency of this vitamin in our body. In Spain, where levels of vitamin D deficiency are high, infections and deaths caused by Covid-19 are increasingly high. In cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and cancer, Vitamin D deficiency is noted, and it is also in these diseases that the worst prognosis for Covid-19 is most likely. The purpose of the “Vitamin D Status In Hospitalized Patients With SARS-CoV-2 Infection” study is to assess vitamin D levels in patients hospitalized with Covid-19 and how these levels are associated with mortality and disease severity. Vitamin D levels are significantly low in patients hospitalized with Covid-19 when compared to the population of similar age and sex. Although vitamin D deficiency is noted in patients, it cannot be associated with the severity of the infection. Covid-19 patients have a high level of vitamin D deficiency, and this vitamin can play a beneficial role in an inflammatory state of the disease. It is important to implement prevention strategies such as the use of Vitamin D in the treatment of Covid-19 because it has positive results, although its role in combating the disease has not been confirmed.

“Diagnóstico y Tratamiento de la Deficiencia de Vitamina D”

Vitamin D is associated with solar radiation and plant sources (in the case of Vitamin D2) and animal sources (in the case of Vitamin D3). In recent years, Vitamin D has proven its role as an aid in the immune response, in cell proliferation and differentiation and in muscle function and balance. Vitamin D deficiency can contribute to the development of diseases such as diabetes and multiple sclerosis, and to the increased risk of breast, prostate and colon cancer. The lack of this vitamin is general in the population, but it is even more accentuated in some groups of laughter. The study "Diagnosis and Treatment of Vitamin D Deficiency" aims to underline the consequences that the lack of Vitamin D has for bone metabolism, as well as to mention the importance of consuming foods rich in this same vitamin or the use of supplements as a substitute ( in most cases the vitamin present in food is not sufficient).

"The importance of vitamin D levels in autoimmune diseases"

Vitamin D has been increasingly targeted for research to realize what benefits it can bring to the immune system. In current studies it is proven that the lack of Vitamin D is related to autoimmune diseases such as diabetes, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, among others. Therefore, the objective of the study is the importance that Vitamin D has in the prevention of these diseases, through its action on cell regulation and differentiation, a study that concludes - the lack of Vitamin D can play an important role in the prevention of autoimmune diseases, it is important then to include it in the diet, or through supplements.

"Vitamin D3 intake in the immune system"

Since 1980, the important role of Vitamin D3 in the immune response has been proven. Studies done on this vitamin, known as the sun vitamin, show that it is not only important for the formation and maintenance of the skeleton, but also in other biological processes. The study “Acción de la vitamin D3 en la immune system” highlights the importance of this vitamin, which has been increasingly studied to discover new benefits for the body. In addition to the benefits mentioned, Vitamin D3 can regulate lymphocytes (cells responsible for the immune response and the body's response), and has been successful in preventing acute and chronic allograft rejection (transplantation between genetically different individuals) in a variety of experimental models.

“Supplementation of Vitamin D3 and Reduction of Falls in the Elderly”

Vitamin D3 plays an important role in preventing fractures and falls among seniors. The study “Supplementation of Vitamin D3 and Reduction of Falls in the Elderly” demonstrates the benefits of Vitamin D3 supplements in reducing the risk of hip fracture in the elderly. Other studies reveal that a 70-year-old person who is exposed to the same amount of ultraviolet radiation as a young person, can only produce 20% of the amount of Vitamin D produced by a young person, so it is necessary to consume dietary supplements that contain vitamin D, the sun vitamin. Studies on vitamin D supplementation seek to establish relationships with reduced mortality, reduced risk of fractures, reduced falls in the elderly, association with calcium, improved neuromuscular function, improved cognitive function as well as the role of Vitamin D as a factor prevention measures for various systemic diseases. It is concluded that supplementation with Vitamin D is really highly relevant, since it lowers the risk of an older person falling by 22%.
